I have been a customer of this company three different times. Reflecting back on each of the inspections I’ve had, I estimate that I’ve saved about $5000 out-of-pocket expenses each time I’ve had him come out. They are not part of the good old boy system that refers to friends and takes your money with fear-based tactics. Mark knows the things you need to do and don’t need to do and has always given me a straight down the line fair and honest response. Mark is the best person to go to for this advice because he’s not beholden to any other company in town. I’ve never questioned if I was getting an honest answer or not.
